Eginma 1 or 2 Help

Hi all,

Simple question I have a Dreambox DM7200 and this has a SIFteam image ver 1.9.4 on it and running CCcam 2.1.4. How can i find out if it is egnima 1 or 2 as I am searching for plugins and some say for 1 and some for 2.

You can use a program called DCC 2.95 Open it up, press connect, the left side it says FTP click it, then double click on the yellow folder ETC, can you see if it's enigma 1 or 2.

Hi Thanks for that I have tried that and it just gives me loads of folders within the etc folder and none of them is really telling me anything. I need to know which Egnima version I got because I am looking for some plugins you see and some are for 1 and some for 2 any other ideas would be appriciated

You mean DM7020? I haven't heard for DM7200!?

It must be Enigma 2, because this is the image Dreambox 7020 usually runs.

Whatever plugin you need it'll be suitable for your dream in Addon section of the image, yellow button! There you'll find plugins, images, Cams and Keys that you need, made especially for Enigma 2 based recs, since U use E2!

Since you're noob, try to use addon manager for install, not manual ones!

Enigma 1 = Dreambox 500, 600, 7000,7020
Enigma 2 = Dreambox 800(SE), 8000, 500HD, 7020HD

Thats great bud so it is number 1 then I thaught so as I was told it was 2 and was having trouble installing things

use addon manager and don't have any worries about version of Enigma in it!!!
Addon always gives plugins for your rec!
