does fan run noisy and add dust to box

You can control fan in image or with a plugin like fancontrol.

Does the freezing happen with the paid channels or FTA as well. If its only Scrambled ones then your line is not good enough. Try to change line. If its FTA too then Triad has a hell of a job to do. We will wait for his results. Good luck Triad
