Rai4 stopped working

I have a dm500s and have always managed to get rai4 with softcam but not for a while now even with the latest softcam for feb.
Any ideas anyone?

I suppose that the channel you are asking about is from Italy.
If this is the case, I checked about this just now and i can see it.

I have a DM800, and with scam3.59 I see the channel R*i4 with no problem.

I also have a dm800 and it gets Rai4 fine but I need it on the dm500s

Its not the channel setting Vimmers mate, I forgot I asked exactly the same question a while ago and tonaji replied and suggested I put a # in line 0E 0030 in softcam. It does work but I forgot, my brain is going. Cheers for help.
