DM500 s Voice over?

Hi my friend has just got a DM 500 s ,it was already loaded and set to go on 28.2.But on some films there is voice over comentary. how can I turn this off?They have a instruction manual on cd but this is in german,any help much apreciated...

Press the yellow button this should bring up the Audio selection menu then just use the up and down arrow keys to select your language. if its not the yellow button try the others standard image is always yellow

On the remote press the "Audio" button (it is in the middle section of the remote on the right)
Use your arrow up and down the menu and select the one you want, press ok and job done

Hi digicon tried yellow button it it set to english.The films are in english with english speaking but still with this voice over naration telling the story?.Also how do i check the other image you spoke about Thanks..

did you do what i said, the imagr hr is reffering to is, when you import a new image onto your box

If the channel you are watching is part of the Polish package (Polsat),
you cannot change the audio on some of the channels.
They are transmitting Polish language over the whatever the film language is.

You will notice that it is always a Male voice even when the speaker is is a Female or a Child.

Hi, Its not the Polish package,Its the S *y film channels that it happens on and its both Male and Female voiceovers speaking English describing what is happening on the film.

as said above press audio. you prob will see its set to NAR , well just move down to english and press ok, all movies are like that when using gemini image, then reboot your box, that will save the settings..

First off there is no 'Audio' button on a standard DM500 remote its always the yellow button on nearly all images set as standard.

As for the S*y UK then when you press yellow and you get the sudio selection menu you should be presented with a screen like this one here

Just select which audio NAR is narrative audio description so you want the default Dolby digital one.

First of it is a 500s, which is what i have.
I have the remote in my hand and their is an AUDIO button where i said.
Your image shows 2 AUDIO options, mine which is on PLi image shows 3 options on the channels I have had the same issue with..
