    Fancontrol problem

    Hi
    I hav install plugin: enigma2-plugin-extensions-fancontrol2_experimental-git20110717-r0_mipsel.ipk on my dm800hd and now fan is not working and i dont know what to do is there anybody som can help me how to erase this plugin I Cant se it on my ads menu ??
    or if sommebody know what image I can use on my dm80hd (ferrari SSL78F)

    The fan might be faulty and it may be just a bad luck that this has happened the same time as you have installed the plugin. PLease resinall the original image if you still suspect the plugin.

      May be preferred to unistall the package instead of reinstall the original image.

      In case of problem uninstalling a package with the web plugin, do the following step.

      - connect to the dec, with telnet (Open a dos schell and start telnet ipaddres_decoder)
      - From inside the new shell type the command
      ipkg list
      This command will show all the packages installed; look for the name of the suspiscious packages to remove
      - From inside the shell type the command
      ipkg remove <package name>

      This command will remove the package.
      - retype the command
      ipkg list
      to test if the package is definitevily removed

      - Close the shell typing exit command.

      Now you can reboot to see if the fan restart.
