Rai4 not working on softcam

Hello
I am having a problem getting Rai4 to clear on my db500s on 13e. I have put in a few different softcams and the codes do look right. I am running Cccam 214.
Anybody any ideas.

Put # in softcam in line 0E (#S 0030 0E 57************XX)

What is the problem with line 0E.
It does work as you said but why.

I dont think I have vplug on the dm500s.
