I want to add a detail. My DM800 clone is a bootloader 82. Maybe it's important for you to know that and give me a good image. I don't want to make something bad and my DM die...

you can upgrade to bootloader 84 and also now 84a just by installing an image with those bootloaders already set up. i have just installed the nemisis 2.4 84a image and everything looks like it is working well at the moment, i had to install then change enima to experimental to get EPG to work, ******* works, VLC works, Just messing with the Barryallen plugin now and that looks like it going to be fine too, so i am a happy bunny right now.

that second stage thing, i guess is the bootloader 84a, but as you have it already installed in the new image you dont have to reinstall it, also i think those that develope these things (sim 2.01) recommend you first install 84a then image then 84a again but i didnt and mine is fine

Dreambox said me invalid image... So i just installed the sim201-SSL76c-de-133dv3PHOENIX and will try to install barry allen to try other images if i can install it in my internal hdd.

just a quick update, ******* has stopped working for me also epg no longer updates, it goes through the process of updating but the it doesnt work.

Barry Allen does not always work with patched images.

Meoboot is not so fussy and works with patched images.
It faster and smaller in file size.
You can also backup your multiboot image through it.
It is a good alternative when BA is not working.

Barry Allen however, has more functions.
If it works for you then go for it.

I use Meoboot but i learned that i can only install images with same bootloader as the installed flash image... So i only install bootloader 76c images. I hope it's not a problem and i don't miss important things whiwh could be in newer bootloader images.

This is probably the best image and skin for DM800, can't find any better looking skin.

This is the one i use! I love it so i don't want to change but i have a remote problem and it's maybe the image or the dreambox... It's not the remote control because using web remote it's exactly the same problem, slow reaction time when pushing a button.
