DM500s blocked

I was using Gemini image on dm500s original(i think) , and after changing the skin ,from Addons,i changed the skin and normally needs to restart ,after restarting black screen and nothing more.
So i send it to service yesterday ,i left there the DM, i was now to see if they fix it and he told me ,how did you blocked ,we cant de-block the DM !

So i want to know could be the image i was using to block the DM,or something else on hardware,becaouse every image that i have installed ,many times freezes on changing chanel,entering menus,CCcam info.. and i needed to unplug from power and plug it again to start working

Did you try to flash it?
Was your DM dead?

You can surely access it via ftp and delete the skin if it's the problem. It happened to me and i did that.

I think that's not the original. It's the clone one.
Try reflashing it with Nabilosat DarkStar II image and tell me the results

yes i try toreflash but i cant even connect !
and thats not just me i send it on servise and they cant deblock it (they said me that) ,and no it wasnt dead ,green light was on.

thanks but it have trojan hourse in that

i will go tomorrow at servis and check what they done ,and ask them is it Clone or ORiginal,and check it again home after i get it with that clone bomb checker

try different loaders to reflash it, sometimes insisting brings outcome

Try to use some older version of dreamup.
The new versions have some problems with dm500s.

If your dm is clone you can flash it with JTAG cable at your own risk.
