It is possible that the rotor or dish is not optimally set.

Most likely your dish has moved,.....that is declined or inclined.
Move to a channel on 23.5.
Go up to the dish and check if you get better signal quality/strength when you incline or decline the dish. if this happens then the dish has moved in that direction.
Unscrew and bring the dish back to the position of maximum signal.
Note, this might make you loose other sat positions.
Now search for a channel on 28.

This does sound very much like a re-alignment problem on your dish, Did you notice any extreme weather in your location in the last 2 months, This could have dislodged your motor brackets just slightly enough to upset the ARC positioning

i had all these channels . last time i had them was in july.

i remember in this month was a strong wind. but its strange that 23.5 i get 85% signal

And altso my dish is over 1 m

I think in my opinion that your motor setup must have moved a little... as digicon correctly said in his thread........

Now the best thing to do is to go on Sat 23.5 East and put your Receiver in a setup mode where you can see the Signal Level and Signal Quality. Now have somebody watch your Receiver and you go up near the Dish...Now grab the upper part of the Dish and Bend it slightly downwards and then upwards in turn and ask that person near the Receiver if the signal increased or decreased (best to have two cordless sets so that you can communicate with each other on ''Intercom mode'')

If the Signal increased while bending the Dish Downwards....then here is what you have to do.....Mark the Motor Bracket against the Pole with a Permanent marker so that you will always know where Motor Bracket is..... and then unlock the 4 Motor brackets Nuts slowly one at a time...Just a few turns so that the Motor can be slightly moved against the Pole...Don't let the Motor slide down on the Pole..... and Move the Dish (together with the Motor) just a Little to the WEST (to your right if you are behind
the Dish) again I must enphasise just a millimeter or two and then lock your Nuts and check the Signal.

If the signal on the other hand increased while bending it Upwards then you should move your Dish together with your Motor to the EAST.

Now check if you can receive Satellite 28.2East. Sometimes you have to check more than once until you find the correct position of your Motor on the Pole.

Once the correct postion is found, tighten all nuts of the Motor one after the other and mark the new position.
