Urgent help please .. sudden problem

so i was using the dreambox normally and i put it on standby as usual and went out .. soon as i came home i connected to the dreambox normally and it works ..

the problem is that when i try to connect using the cccaminfophp application it states that Update Failed .. when before i went out it was working correctly ..

has anyone came across this problem please ? is there a way to fix it ?

as i need this program a lot so as to check my peers, etc..

Restart CCcam or reboot the receiver.

cccaminfophp application sometimes normally fails even during view.
Picture might be clearing but cccaminfophp failing.
This could also be due to the image.
definately rebooting the receiver and resetting the router will help, but if it continues try changing the image.

Maybe you have problem whith your open port.

Did you opend the router's port corectly?
When this happens is your port open?

it can also happen that if you have ticked dhcp in your dreambox
it have change IP by the router

do you have the same problem when you try to connect from your PC with :
-http://DBOXIP:16001/servers

do i have to change the image of the dreambox? but if everything was working fine how come this problem ?
