LPCM decoder for clone dm800se newnigma 2 image

I was trying to play HD movie with lpcm audio as .mkv file. so video plays ok but no audio it come with error "GStreamer plugin/x-ts-lpcm missing" ....does anyone know where can i download it...

after a search on inet
it seems it is due to the chip used (BCM7401) to encode/decode by hardware.
Dream Multimedia has seen the problem but was unable to fix it

I didn't find any solution...

anybody else?

EDIT : the problem doesn't exist on DM500HD and DM8000 as far as it use BCM7400

well thats sad....so u think it is hardware issue rather than software or plugin..
i wonder why it gives error for missing plugin...

If I remember well what I've read, the problem is that the plugin won't install because it is written for BCM7400 and there is no BCM7400 in the machine.
