dm 800 hd brick

Help me, i have a dm 800hd that is brick because when i power on with a power cable he start for few millisecond and the screen's light stopped. The boot is corrupt? Sorry for my english I'm italian

Quick tut to repair NO CA on all DM800HD

Please use patched version Dreamup here : h**p://rapidshare.com/files/391760951/DreamUP_patched_by_forhike_and_natas.rar.html

1. connect via serial using NULL Modem cable and Ethernet to router and pc.. ( if you don't have a Null modem cable you can purchase here null modem cable found EDITED.. ANYWHERE

2. load patched version of dreamup, select your com port and then click connect and power on dm800

3. when initialised it will display http serial mode on lcd and show dhcp ip once ip is displayed dreamup as served its purpose and now its in flashmode

4. log into webshell on pc using the 192.168.x.*** address on LCD disply and flash as normal

I would try this method the same happend to me when I tried barry allen flash this corupted my dreambox and the above method fixed it good luck

SO, the last solution must be the JTAG but I don't find any for a 800HD, only for 500s...

is it a clone or a genuine dbox?
do you see lights on the LAN controller?

did you try with DreamUP 1.3.3.4 ?
you will maybe be able to :
switch off the dbox
launch Dreamup
switch on the dbox
try to upload BL69 for example..
if it works, then you'll be able to put your favorite image

just try the patched version and null modem cable
no lan cable
load your image and wait an hour or what long it takes until dreamup says
it are finish

no problem are that under user settings here at satlover
u can chose to receive email when someone have replayed to your topic
it should be ticked as default but aren't

for the primary restoration of your regular null modem cable, if not only helped through JTAG, perhaps in his case it did not help

network is crucifying Jtag connector 800, Jtag collect himself is not a problem. that there download? Well, I think the type of file secondstage-dm800-75.bin
