Want to knows how is possibel to see and read my email with using some plugin on mijn dreambox 500,Pli image ,Cccam 2.1.4

You should be able to download an E-Mail plugin from the Green Button on the DM500, and then set-up your E-Mail details.

Havem't got a DM500 anymore, but I'm sure the downloads will still be there.

You will just need to know your account details ISP Settings, POP and SMTP, which I'm sure you will have?

There is for Dreambox a plugin that enables Web browsing. It's pretty impractical, but it works.

Under Gemini there is an Email Client (named Email-checker)
Blue Button/Addons/Email-checker

It supports IMAP(s) and POP
Maybe worth a try?

I don't know much about PLI.
Check if your have a plugin named Tuxmail available ?

Maybe you could try Tuxmail plugin (--http://download.blue-panel.com/e1-addons/Plugins/TuxMail-1.41/TuxMail_1.41_070702.tar.gz)
put this file in /tmp
install it manually

there are some tutorial about configuration.
Please first try to check if you can install it
