    dreambox 500S help Required

    I reflash my dreambox 500s with gimini 4.7 i connect it with dream up after flash the message is as under


    9:02:29 AM box type: DM500
    9:02:37 AM Ping result: OK, box is alive and speaking to us ;-)
    9:02:46 AM erasing complete flash (without bmon stage of course)...
    9:03:20 AM OK, flash erased
    9:03:33 AM Uploading file to box...
    9:11:30 AM calculating CRC32 on STB...
    9:11:30 AM erasing flash...
    9:11:52 AM box is flashing from its memory...
    9:12:09 AM calculating CRC32 on STB's flash...
    9:12:15 AM "flash erase"...
    9:12:28 AM OK, flash-copy succeeded


    after this dreambox didn't start and then green light is on.
    please help me in this regard

      You could try flashing it with a different image in case your first image was corrupted.

          the boot sector of this image might be damaged, try to reflash it to another image Gemini an earlier version

              Or the worst Case senario , you might need to jtag it and rescue it back

                  I have original box and the problem is still the same I didn't jtag the box because when I connect it to dream up it connects fine and I flash it with image and flash fine but when I disconnect after flashing and switch on and off the box then only the green light on no remote work and black screen.
                  please help me in this regard.
                  I also flash it without network cable, but in-vain

                      Must have a clone Gemini is know to have a time bomb. You need a Jtag - No other choice. Use the Pli Jade iamge !.

                                  Try diferent image to flash your boot is dead so u cant start dm.But first earse old image,and then flash with new image.And try pli images
                                  Rule n.33 kid..... Concentrate

                                      i think the problem are that he shall unplug the powercable
                                      before it can boot with new image
