is there some solution for DM 800 HD how to send 12V signal (through cinch) to dish switcher ?

At DM 800 HD isn't present 12V the switch, buy 8 port diseqc is better

There seem to be a bit of confusion over here.
Its hard not to be a little technical.

On a single dish, the receiver sends DC voltage power supply through the coaxial cable to the LNB. By altering this voltage it is possible to change the polarisation (vertical or horizontal), thereby eliminating the need for an interface and 2 cable connections to the dish.

Once we have 2 or more dishes, you need an interface to help switch between the dishes thereby eliminating the need for a cable from each dish to the Receiver.

So here comes the DiSEqC that provides a 22-kHz pulse-position-modulated signal of about 0.6-V amplitude, superimposed on the LNB’s dc power rail. Its coding scheme allows the remote electronics to perform more complex functions, such as varying the downconversion frequency or physically rotating a dish.

Conclusion:
DiSEqC allows you to switch between dishes (and rotate a motor).
Once a multiple dish or motor option is activated, the sub-menu for DiSEqC, 12v, 22-kHz etc pops up.
