Hi,
If the picture is freezing on an encrypted channel, I'm afraid server3 is prone to this as it is a free server and has many users. A good explanation of this is here:

If its breaking up on FTA channels then you have another problem.

you says u have problem when change chanel.What is hapening u have black screen 10-15 sec,or?.Problem may be low responce to server or u have many peers with same card to share.Image is very important to
