Jollycam Loader and file everycas

Update for Jollycam and Loader.
You need Casinterface in order to upgrade; in few weeks will be available also an update system using a smart card.
File multicas(better EVERYCAS ): read cards of every kind of encrytions: NDZ -- all the Nagarvision version-(Italian Tivusat, medi*set, dhaila)-viaccess- irdeto etc etc. It is compatible with all the majors TV brands in order to read Dvbt cards on bosrd of TV, It is also compatible with the tv with on board TV Ci+ slot.
No timer inside the software.
