Underworld 2.12 and diablo2.3 ver

Can be used the latest Underworld file (2.12), with the diablo cam 2.3 ver (light)? So to program diablo 2.3 with UW2.12? I'm asking this because on the mikelo post of latest UW, it says it can be programed just dialbo wi-fi.
