HtmlMgr is a small, easy to use, Java browser and wysiwyg source editor specially designed for html-SFI (Structure-Fragment-Identifier)-files. This tool will create the ToC, show in the ToC, the location of a mouse-click inside the doc or indexes the words and terms of the files, with the SFIs they reside.
