Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
Try a uninstall and then a reinstall download it to your desk top first so it is easy to reinstall. And next time you load it watch the check boxes it will try to load a load of crap as well ,
Also save your favourites folder to the desk top and put back into your fav folder for Chrome in case it is missing on reinstall. -
Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
Yes, as fandm just told you uninstall and reinstall it again. But reboot your pc after uninstalling it or before installing it again. Sometimes if you don't do it it can come to complications. If I helped you please press thanks button!Comment

Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
I used get this occasionally too, running Windows7 also. have done a re-install and seems to be stable at present, seems to be the best advise to take this road.

Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
hi
You can try the chrome settings, show avanced settings, reset/renew settings (or something like that, as I'm in another language here). Also disable or remove unwanted extensions (also in the chrome settings).Comment

Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
Hi
All the above suggestions are correct
First go to settings and look for something unusual or strange.
After that, go to extensions and check if there is something that can cause problem.
You can disable the extensions that you have one by one, in order to find the fault addon.
If the problem insist, then you have to uninstall the chrome, reboot your pc and reinstall it.
Of Course, make sure that you have saved your favorites. If You Like My Post..... Please Press the Thanks ButtonComment

Re: google chrome has not shut down correctly
The good thing about chrome I have found is if you have setup a account even if you do a clean install just signing in with your user name and password in your new install all your bookmarks will be restored so its pretty painless.Liked my post then push the sigpic button.Comment
