If your drivers are correct then the fault is in your network card.
But what I do not understand is why would anyone go to the trouble of trying to repair a motherboard it is uneconomical it is far cheaper to throw it away and buy a new one, or plug another external network card into a spare slot.
Do not believe these people who say they repair motherboards all they will do is empty your pocket.

Yes, it is logical but I still suspect software problem 'cause I had exactly the same trouble when I bought this card and then after switching several drivers it worked. But now it wont.

As for motherboard, I don't know about UK but here it's very economical to repair it if possible :). And it is repaired, I am using it right now. Also I bought new pci-e card to replace dead onboard lan.
It cost me only 5€ + 10 for the new card.
Usually repair is 15€ and it's still a good deal 'cause similar Intel P43 motherboards are 30 or more.
