        .zip files are also supported by 7zip, open source.
        In Italy also some Public Administrations use it.
        _http://www.7-zip.org/

        You can use of course Winrar too.

            I suggest you to try winrar.
            It's much better than winzip and it's used by everyone.
            Here you can find the latest version in many languages to try it:

              I do prefer 7zip because that is the only one that allows me to unpack .ipk files but if you are zipping some files for upload some forums don't recognise it.
