Try to search in google for free proxy servers.
Find a server that is working and also has good speed.
Make the necessary changes in your web browser and all will be ok.

That would be impossible because the IP from the user is not blocked by youtube, but by the ISP the user has.

Not only Pakistan but even in U.K lot of sites are being banned so easiest way
I have found to get around the restriction is to use Anonymox addon on Firefox
or use Opera in turbo mode you can see if this helps you with youtube in your
country.:)

Any proxy server should work fine, or a masking program to hide IP addresses.

I think you cant hide ip so easy,maybe only bypass but still you acces to intnet by your provider who record all you activity.Do this only in internet cafe

I think that it's not very comfortable for our friend to watch video on youtube in the internet cafe.

Watching video on youtube it's not something illegal and I'm sure that the providers don't really care if you use any program or proxy server to bypass the filter that blocks the youtube adress.

The internet providers make their job correctly because there is a law and they must be obey but on the other hand the user find the way to bypass this.
