hey guys am looking how to delete or remove Homeguard .

Hello mate

What exactly is the Homeguard ?

If you mean the windows firewall, just go to control panel, system and security,windows firewall.
On the left side of the page you will see "activate-disactivate firewall"
Make the changes you want and save.

run command prompt, run as administrator
Then type.
sc stop "HomeGuard AMC"
sc config "HomeGuard AMC" start= disabled

This will disable homeguard then you can get programs your parents don't want you to watch.
