svchost.exe - apllication error,sometimes vpn is connect-help

some times i get this error(picture) when vpn is connect.and after i click OK all windows will hang and i should restart PC.i using win xp sp2 and check my computer with kaspersky and optimized with tune up 2010...
any help will gratitude.

i'm sure it's not a virus and also i know my hardware (RAM) is OK.this error only appear when a VPN is connect....

i using free VPN server to bypass blocked site!!! yes,i test 3 different server.at all some time when vpn is connect i get this error.

I think it's a problem with your windows installation. I think you have to format ans reinstall your system...

i know if i format my windows drive and reinstall it this problem will resolve, i hate do this.im searching for a way to fix it handy....any idea?

Maybe you can try to use the recovery console, but no idea which service you need to reinstall...

Maybe try to restore the svchost file via this command:

copy \windows\system32\dllcache\svchost.exe \windows\system32[/QUOTE]

Spyware Doctor Safe initiating sure it is solved is a Trojan that's for sure.
Following this it is best to disable system restore to not get infected again

Try Spybot, some pc users have reported this problem and is fixed with this app.
