Stream problem

Can anyone say how to stream with DVBcard and win7 in LAN.

I try with DVBdream, SmartDVB, Mytheatre, Progdvb and there is no stream on other computer.

Before I had win XP and there was no problem but now I setup everything OK and there is no picture on other computer.

If anyone know what is problem and how to solve it I would be very greatfull:D
