CinemaDrape dim a portion of your screen

CinemaDrape enables you to darken your screen, except for a selected area, thereby eliminating visual distractions from desktop clutter or other screen elements. You can freely size the visible area to the dimensions needed and optionally save it as a custom preset that can be quickly reloaded later. CinemaDrape runs in the system tray and can be quickly turned on/off with the click of your mouse or via keyboard shortcut.
