[CENTER][B]Convert E-AC3 and TrueHD audio tracks to AC3 or FLAC
eac3to was designed to convert E-AC3 and TrueHD audio tracks to AC3 or FLAC.[/B]
TrueHD conversion unfortunately doesn't work with demuxed TrueHD files at this point in time. The to-be-converted TrueHD track must the first (or better: only) audio track in an EVO file. Please use the EvoDemux tool to create one EVO file for a full movie with only the TrueHD audio track in it.
Usage: eac3to src.eac3|evo|wav dst.ac3|flac|raw|wav [-options]
This tool can convert a 2.0 or 5.1 E-AC3 or a 5.1 TrueHD track to AC3/FLAC.
eac3to sourcefile[ sourcefile2] [trackno:] [destfile] [-options]

Options:
-448 use "192", "448" or "640" kbit/s for AC3 encoding
-768 use "768" or "1536" kbit/s for DTS encoding
-core extract the DTS core of a DTS-HD track
/-100ms apply a positive or negative delay
-0,1,2,3,4,5 remap the channels to the specified order
-blu-ray remaps channels from Blu-Ray LPCM order to normal order
-downmix downmix 7 or 8 channels to 6 channels
-down16 downconvert decoded audio data to 14..23 bit
-slowdown reverse PAL speedup (25.000 -> 24.000/1.001 fps)
-speedup apply PAL speedup (24.000/1.001 -> 25.000 fps)
-resampleTo48000 resample audio to "44100", "48000" or "96000" Hz
-quality=4 slowdown/speedup/resampling quality (0 = low; 4 = very high)
-mixlevel=181 back channel mixing level (0 = off; 256 = full volume)
-8 PCM file has "1".."8" channels
-16 PCM file is "16" or "24" bit
-little PCM file is "little" or "big" endian
-96000 PCM file is "44100", "48000", "96000" or "192000" Hz
-override forcefully overrides PCM auto detection with manual values
-sonic/nero/libav force the use of a specific decoder (not recommended)
-keepDialnorm disables dialog normalization removal (not recommended)
-demux EVO/VOB: demuxes 1st video track and all audio tracks
-no24p EVO/VOB: disables rewriting of MKV timestamps
-test checks if the external filters are installed & working
Supported source formats (only in demuxed form):
(1) RAW, (L)PCM
(2) WAV (PCM only)
(3) AC3, E-AC3
(4) DTS, DTS-ES, DTS-96/24, DTS-HD Hi-Res, DTS-HD Master Audio

For best AC3, E-AC3 and TrueHD decoding you need:
(1) Nero 7 (Nero 8 won't work!)
(2) Nero HD-DVD / Blu-Ray plugin
For best DTS decoding you need:
(1) "Sonic Cinemaster Audio Decoder 4.3" DirectShow filter
For DTS encoding you need:
(1) SurCode DVD DTS - version 1.0.21 or newer
For video muxing you need:
(1) Haali Media Splitter
(2) Haali Matroska Muxer
(3) MkvToolnix
