The UrlFixer application was developed to be a small tool that can help you fix URLs that are broken in emails and usenet articles.

Here is what you do:
Mark and copy the section of the text "in trouble" and then click on the UrlFixer icon in the system tray. Paste out the fixed URL in your browser.
