Java-based implementation of the UNIX crypt command
Java Crypt is a free and open source, pure Java version of the UNIX password hashing algorithm (des).
Usage:
Firs compile the software: javac jcrypt.java
Afterwards, run the software: java jcrypt

NOTE: If the download does not work or the browser opens the linked plist file as plain text, you will have to right click on the download link and then select "Save link as" in Firefox or "Download linked file as" in Safari.
