Set work break reminders
DESCRIPTION
Harmony Break... Keep your balance while working endless hours at the computer by letting Harmony remind you to take regular breaks. Harmony only gets in your way to give you a break, and doesn’t shock you with alarms, whistles and bells. It can be set up to just remind you or to start a break automatically.
Harmony also provides the ability to optionally change your iChat status to let your friends know that you’re taking a short break and will be back soon.
