    Itunes won't open

So i had itunes 9.2 then i updated to the 9.2.1. After that, i restarted my computer and since then, I haven't been able to open itunes. When I click the icon in the dock, it bounces a couple times, then my library comes up for about 2 seconds and then it quits itself. I tried deleting itunes completely, and reinstalling the old 9.2 version. I tried deleting and reinstalling 9.2.1 again. I moved itunes.xml and itunes library files from the folder and opened itunes, but nothing works. It always quits before I can do anything.

If nothing helps, just switch to a different media player. You won't have problems with your iPod, because most of them support iPods. Foobar works well with iPods, you can sync them and everything.

      what OS are you running?

Are you sure you got no problem with the cable for example? (did you try with another one?)
Does the computer see the iPod?

Introducing AppZapper. Simply drag one or more apps onto AppZapper. Then, watch as it finds the extra files and lets you delete them with one click.

Use Appzapper to remove iTunes...it wont delete all your music files..... then go to Apps and reinstall iTunes

You have to remove all traces of itunes files when deleting and unistalling. Make sure you go into the directory of program files and manually remove everything yourself.

First you must delete previous iTunes version manually. Then install the new one. Try with Appzapper as Thecrusher has told us. After this, tell us your experience.
              Regards.
