I read the article.
So far, nothing new and I quote:

"There isn't really any major differentiator between the players at this phase," said Neil Mawston, an analyst at research firm Strategy Analytics. He said to cope, Apple needs to take a page from Samsung and launch more products faster.

So maybe they will add some fancy colors, maybe a special app like Siri 2 and intuitive volume button...
I don't believe anymore to (s) products from Apple.
I'll wait for the Iphone 6 to see nice news about it

Not a great fun of apples products also. i just share those info so people will know that the iphone5s is on the way so iphone5 will go much cheaper in a few days.

In my opinion whilst being a user of the iphones, I think that the s series that they keep releasing is a complete marketing tool. Firstly, they use it to test any new features properly for their upcoming models such as Siri etc but 2ndly so that they can collect the remainder of the customers whose contract was still running and not due for an upgrade when the predecessor came out...

Eventually, the phone market will saturate if it hasn't already and they will run out of ideas that they can implement on the current hardware...lets see what they do then!

the companies have so many ideas that we cannot imagine but they do not release them all at once so the can upgrade the devices from time to time and earn the interest of the buyers. as i saw in other post that the 3d is the next big thing that is coming.

Yeah actually those S versions of the iPhone aren't that much different, maybe just a bit improvement of the speed and that's quite all, the biggest difference was between the 3G and the 3GS but as of them there was no really big deal difference. Waiting for a new series is the best way to look for improvements.

the news from the apple for the iphone5s are nothing special as the let rumors about the new camera of 12mp. what they think that people will pay 650 for a better camera? cant they see the stock going down the last 6 month. what the need to do is lower the selling price.

I wonder why they keep upgrading photo sensor and photo quality....
They could think about another things to upgrade for their next iphone.

Yes it would be much better, if they focus on the performance and portability instead on the photo stuff, even because of the fact that this is an i"Phone" not an i"Cam".

the photo is the simplest the can upgrade. no way im going to give £799 for a phone unless if it could cook too.
