Texting and messaging on Apple product

I have tested so many keyboard software for touch screen on every brand(microsoft,apple,android).. and i must admit that Apple's keyboard is very smooth and reactive.
That part of apple didn't change since IOS 3 on ipod,ipad,iphone...
I can't image what could they improve to do it better.

Have someone seen or thought about the better way to text or write something on touchscreen ?
I saw once a keyboard where you don't release your finger and you pass on every letter you want to write...and it automaticaly put the right word.

One of the reason why apple touch keyboard is working as it is, is becouse of the powernes(speed) and gui ios use. You just dont get the same simpel yet powefull felling on other phones as i see it.

Well you can't actually see a big difference as this is so small you can't really realize it with your eye, the input type is almost the same on all phones, but the response time are mostly the same on every phone, even on the better ones like the iphone or galaxy or htc's, there isn't that a big difference, as the software there is no really better one on the AppStore as far as i know, but on android there is SwiftKey which is great for customizing and suiting it to your own style.
