One of the unique selling points of the iPhone 4s is the Siri talk to phone feature. Allowing you to ask your phone for directions etc...
Apple said that it wouldn't be able to work on the iPhone 4 as it isn't powerful enough, in my opinion that is rubbish as they don't want it on there otherwise the difference between the 4s and 4 is just a dual core processor, nothing noticeable (unlike the 3gs to 4 which included a redesign and high res screen).
