Best of openelec that this is based on xbmcbuntu enigma 2 plugin that allows streaming from the deco, and can be used with any old pc with few resources, or mini ITX motherboard with Atom processors

There are only 2 online suppliers that stock the Pi and they are CPC Farnell and UK rs-Online

do you know if it will be available even in Italy?
                Best regards.

CPC do stock the raspberry but you will not get it for £16 it is £24.96p + vat making it £29.94p or you can get a starter kit for £39.99p + vat.
That is in their weekly sales cat that as just arrived.and every thing is a extra, it is cheaper to go out and buy a cheap 7" tablet at least you get every thing with it except the external mem card.

If you're in spain you can buy online from this site: raspipc.
