    Very good operating system.

First thing to install is Ubuntu Restricted Extras. Then it depends what you use your computer for.

Wtf. I saw everything that I need to see here but Hotline description says ???
Does it mean what I think it mean..? WhatiI didn't see was aircrack-ng or alike for always needed wifi hacking...
Although Kali distros are the best for the job I'd advise some of the apps for Ubuntu as well...

Is there a command to execute for Ubuntu extras in terminal or we need to download a package. And what it contains?

            thankz m8...
It did gave some answers but not on WiFi code breaking, probably because it's after all illegal activity, so it's not so strange...
There are much programs as aircrack or alike, also many of them on Debian distro since it's quite known already that Debian packages like Knopix have some of the most widely available app repositories in lin. world.
Only thing not known to me at least is, why they haven't allowed that distro clean installation, `cause it's only available as a live CD DVD version!
Too childish and an understatement for that powerful distro, as far as I'm concerned!!!

Hmm Synaptic Package Manager returned me quite some results on wifi software.
Though I can't seem to see aircrack, it's said that it only works on some wifi chipsets and it's a program that is only terminal supported. There's no icon menu or alike!?
Thankz for the input @aplok. It's been awhile from using linux, but I really need to get back in tracks...

... if the focus is aircrack,

then let me suggest you to test this:

                  ... synaptic >search >aircrack

                  to get some propositions like

                  wepcrackgui

                  or

                  aircrack-m4-svn

                  ... also *******.com may help

Aircrack is in the software centre for download.

Thankz I installed kali on my laptop after all managed to do some wep's.
Using it some time since it's not so hard on resources.
Also 'am considering Knopix, not live DVD, but installed version since there are some howto's on installing it permanently without bootable only...
                        thankz for inputs.

I`m using Linux Mint for about half a year. I can say that i don`t miss Windows. Very good support and worth to try it.

yes, that`s no problem. Just download Linux Mint, burn it on CD/DVD or on a USB-Stick and follow the instruction in the installation-menu. Read Carefully!
