A LiveCD/USB with it's only purpose being partitioning hard drives.
Parted Magic is a LiveCD/USB with it's only purpose being partitioning hard drives. Although GParted and Parted are the main programs, the CD/USB also offers programs like partimage, testdisk, fdisk, sfdisk, dd, etc...
Parted Magic is based on my work from the GParted LiveCD project and falls under the terms of the GPL.
Features:
* Format internal and external hard drives.
* Move, copy, create, delete, expand & shrink hard drive partitions.
* Clone your hard drive, to create a full backup.
* Test hard drives for impending failure.
* Test memory for bad sectors.
* Benchmark your computer for a performace rating.
* Securely erase your entire hard drive, wiping it clean from all data.
* Gives access to non-booting systems allowing you to rescue important data.
* Runs from the CD, no install required.

· Bootable CD-ROM
What's New in This Release:
· This version fixes some booting issues and Save Session for CD/DVD.
· There were a few bugs fixed in the new direct ISO booting feature.
· Super Grub Disk(1/2) has been updated to .9799 and 1.98s1.
