I'm from the Netherlands and running privat server over many years.
But i have change all and search for new locals.
The ONLY local i look now is c+ nordic with ,Viast Full both with premier league football.
I have C+ NL full HD with Footbal and Movie and ***
Also Cable Dutch but its not usefull for you i think.
I run on CSP and VSP and have a good Ping.
I hope we can exhange !!!
