Initial import of rebuild sc8in1 reader support.
The following changes have been done:

Support multiple sc8in1 readers (removed global locks, introduced device specific locks)

+ add support for native MCR commands (get version, serial, type, ...)

fixed MCR clock
fixed problem with (NDS) cards after slot change ( the baudrate is now restored after a slot change )
speed up in card initialization ( moved locks into Phoenix_Reset so we can free the locks when sleeping in Phoenix_Reset )

+ add support for MCR display, show "OSCam" at startup of oscam on the display
