csctapi/ifd_pcsc.c : fix some return code in pcsc_reader_init as they were added when we moved to threads and were returning 0 even on error. now they return 2 to comply with the return code expected by the caller of reader_device_init in reader-common.c . I also change some debug to log as they could help the user understanding why the reader is not recognized
