		If parameter is set to 1 the webif add a column to userlist and load the picons for active users from

Log Message:	Fix compilation for targets that do not use libcrypto.

		The build without libcrypto is already working in cmake build
		but cscrypt/Makefile was missing rules for AES and SHA1 compilation.
		This break the OSCAM build with messages about missing functions
		when build without libcrypto was requested.

		With this patch libcrypto is no longer needed for OSCAM compilation
		except when WITH_SSL is defined.

Log Message:	module-dvbapi: Ignore empty lines in the config file.

		Fully empty lines were not ignored and this resulted in
		warnings like this:

		Warning: line containing in oscam.dvbapi not recognized, ignoring line

		This fixes ticket #2529.
