            cccam: new reader parameter cccreconnect. Only for "O" CCcam.
            For cccam-ext, this parameter is ignored.
            this request timeout (ms) is the time oscam waits for an answer before
            it reconnects. "O" CCcam does not support timeouts and multiple
            requests. So a request blocks the full reader. If the remote cccam does
            not send a answer, we have to reconnect.
