    High Ecm Times

    Hi guys,

Is anyone else experiencing high ecm times on certain channels at the moment.
Mainly kids channels i seems to be getting times around 1300ms, all other channels seem OK.

    Thanks

      Hi,

I have Oscam installed on my Amiko Alien 2+ using an Open ATV image. Its version 9848
I noticed mainly on Nick, Disney Junior and BT Sports.

          Yes that's correct.
          Anyone else having this problem.

I have used the same config for over a year now and everything has been running fine.

It's not a question of the channel, it's a question of the server.
Many servers keep the already requested cw in ram so the answer comes very fast if many users watch the same channel.
For not so often used channels (like yours) the ecm was sent after the mostly requested channels so it sometimes needs a second to get the answer. That's sometimes the problem with the "non-main-stream-channels".
If the server is completly empty (no other users) you will get your ecm-answer very fast for every channel.
