When i try to use oscam i get this message many times: "by timeout (5002ms)" and everything remains black for some seconds. What does this means?

Response time of your reader is over 5 s. You can change this parameter "client timeout" under configuration.

another doubt: if i want to insert 2 clines and 1 nline on oscam.server file the parameter "group" must be "1" for the 3 lines or must be "1", "2", "3" (different for each line)?

"Group" parameter is used to determine client access privileges, i.e. which client has access on what reader.
It must match with group parameter defined in oscam.user.

If you want that all clients have access to all readers, just define only group "1" in oscam.server and define all users with "group = 1"

oscam works with newcamd lines as client? When i put an nline on oscam.server hardly it connects to server. If i try the same nline on cccam it works. I have this configs for newcamd lines on oscam.server:

the status is always "UNKNOWN".

Remove "connectoninit = 1 " and put "group = X" (you know the group ...)
Group parameter is mandatory in reader section !

It will connect, when you change on program which you wish to decode with nline.

You can leave "connectoninit" (though it's not needed), but without "group" your nline will never work !

Correction : program=satellite channel.
With correct nline setup in reader, just change to some satellite channel you wish to decode with nline, oscam will connect to your nline provider.
