    Why osc*m stops.... Sometime?

    Hi all.
    I have a problem on my DB600 pvr - SifTeam 194c - osc*m/cc*am.
It is a littore server to share cards to another db600 pvr in the same lan.
It works fine for 1 hour, 2 or 10 hours but sometime (not regular interval, but often) it stops to work without any apparently reason. I must then restart it manually. Anybody have the same problem? Solution?

In this case, a possible solution to your problem would be to install the new version of Оscам, replacement of the software in the receiver, and may you have problems with the Internet

I've just installed software from geen panel. Can I update it manually and how I can?

        hi ocin

did you check if your router has latest soft on it (+ perhaps even re-install latest soft)?

Router is ok, I think. I can use browser, email, watch movie streaming by my pcs, iphone, ipad, androids without problems. I have no problem on using ccc*m only to share card that it can read.

This sounds like a instability in the system.
Software, hardware or even heating problem can cause such a behavior.
The first simple solution, reinstall the software (oscam).

sounds like the problem is directly oscam, i would trie other versions of oscam... another reason could be that oscam is fillling up cache of the set top box !? check configuration..

                Hi ocin,
I've already seen this bad behaviour,
it seems oscam has run out resources on the my box.
So i solved successfully reflashing Box.
                Best regards

Try to input in your oscam script something like this "oscam -R2", it sholud restart oscam on any case when things go wrong.

Some models of satellite receivers become very hot, why people put additional cooler and as noted Satphoenix maybe your receiver close to the radiators of heating, it can also be the cause of your problems

If it was a heat problem the satellite receiver might freeze, restart etc...
Try following buiacco advice and reflash try using a different image.

Just replace oscam binary file with new one and give it 755 permison. You can use version 1.1( stable version) or 1.2 witch is experimental(update every day). Use oscam for powepc-tuxbox. You can find binaries here on forum or on oscam download page. But you may expect some changes in your oscam setings, specialy about local cards, so dont give up with setup(try stable version instead experimental if you have trouble with it).
