May be there is a plug in avaialable for the most advanced receivers like Dreams and VUs. Usually they do it with the CCcam.prio file. But a plug in would be much easy to use.

use caid option into reader configuration file to allow only would you do.
Also, you can use caid option into reader config, but if you intend to prioritise someone like in cccam.prio, you can use oscam.dvbapi file that has same function of cccam.prio. -

but surely it is good to configure caids and provids for better performance
and it is better to not use default ignore/prios
every server is different so i think that everyone should make his own
