oscam on ubuntu

Hello;

i want to hulp some frind why i m posting this question here because i m sur i will be have the right support.

He have this ===>canal+ canalsat hd et jsc hd bis tv and art nilsat
he have oscam on ubuntu server,pc dell ,but he have always cutoff of oscam sometimes can be 15 hours and sometimes 5 minut .

And sometimes the server is doing good but the card is foing off and comming on itself.

under cutoff, you mean that oscam crash down, or is working, but just stop decoding?
