    oscam on clearos

I made to install oscam on CLEAROS,but now have another problem, when start i get thisscam: /lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.8: no version information available (required by oscam)
oscam: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.8' not found (required by oscam).
I think that needs a newer version of glibc than ClearOS provides - I believe I need glibc 2.8, but CleaOS comes with 2.5.If I am not wrong. How to fix this?I am new to ClearOS linux.

ClearOS is based on CentOS. You should search the internet for an glibc rpm which provides libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.8). When you found an downloaded it install it using the 'rpm -i' command.

Or prefer to use a debian derivate like ubuntu. IMHO they have easier package management.
