Unable to connect web page on NEWCS Local

I have tried everything to connect 192.168.1.X:8080 but failed...plz guide me how can i get connected on web page to configure NLINE on DM-800HD...Plz explain briefly...Thanks

Internet explorer is sometime a little stupid so try like this :

http://192.168.1.X:8080

and also

http://192.168.1.X

You have to tell him that you are using http protocol when you don't connect using port 80. This is IE like it or not , so don't write only the ip in browser because it won't work, also add "http://" in front
